Instructions for CLEF 2013 Working Notes

For each of the tasks in which they participated, groups are requested to submit a report describing their experiments (in pdf form).

In addition to the paper in pdf form, an extended Abstract must also be submitted (in .doc form) which summarizes the main details and results of the experiments.
This abstract is M A N D A T O R Y and will be used to produce the CLEF 2013 Book of Abstracts. We may not be able to include your paper in the Book of Abstracts if you do not provide the text of the abstract as requested.

Both electronic Working Notes and printed Abstracts will be organized according to the Labs. If one group participates in more than one Lab, separate reports are to be submitted. Moreover, for those Labs which are subdivided in several tasks, separate reports for different task(s) are to be provided.

The publications will be divided into the following main sections (and sub-sections):

  • 1. Cultural Heritage in CLEF - CHiC (Multilingual Task, Polish Task, Interactive Task)
  • 2. CLEFeHealth 2013 (Disorder Identification and Normalization, Acronym/Abbreviation Normalization, Information Retrieval for Medical Disorders)
