Instructions for Authors

Conference and Labs Overview Sessions

Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes total.
Please prepare a 15-minute talk, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A and transition to the next speaker.
Make sure your presentation fits within the allotted time to keep the session on schedule.
The papers presented at each of the labs will follow the format decided by each lab.

Posters should be a maximum size of A0 in portrait (vertical) orientation, not landscape.
Please bring your printed poster to the conference venue. No printing service will be available on-site.
If you choose to print your poster in Madrid, you will find several copy shops near the university area, around Moncloa. The map below highlights some of these locations.
