Registration fees

Registrations will be accepted until 10 SEPTEMBER 2013. Registration link will be disconnected at 9AM (Central European Time). After this date, only on-site registration will be allowed. Please note that in that case, the full conference kit cannot be guaranteed.

Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 21% included. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

Please send proof of your STUDENT status by email to congresos[at]cfp.upv.es. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Registration Fees Include:

admission to all technical sessions, conference and labs
conference proceedings
labs book of abstracts
daily lunch
daily coffee breaks

Payment

The fee must be paid in Euro (€) by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc EXCEPT American Express) or bank transfer.

Please specify “CLEF 2013”, your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by remitter.
Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.
Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to your address.

Registration Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.  Refund of fees, less € 25,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 31 August 2013. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference.

Registration Fee Waivers for Students

CLEF 2013 has received sponsorship from ELIAS for a number of registration fee waivers for students. The registration includes access to all components of the event including lunches (from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25).

Preference will be given to:

• - Applicants who are the author of a paper at CLEF 2013 conference .
• - Applicants who have participated in one (or more) CLEF 2013 Lab(s).

Preference will especially be given to applicants who are full-time students at the time of the conference and that have only limited alternative travel support and to applicants that are coming from countries outside Europe.

Application Process
Interested parties can apply for the sponsorship by sending an e-mail to clef2013[at]dsic.upv.es with a short motivation and proof of student status (includes PhD candidates).

Application Deadline
The deadline for applying for the registration fee waivers is June, 20
Decisions will be communicated by June 27.
Note that early-bird registration for the conference closes on June 30; students granted the sponsorship will be expected to register online using this rate (but selected applicants will not have to pay the fees!)
